Our daughter Abigail has recently moved back to Hereford and is joining our family team!
Abi’s interest in German language and culture was sparked at an early age by family holidays in Germany.
She went on to read German Studies and Music at the University of Birmingham and spent a year in Vienna studying Germanistik at the Universität Wien.
After graduating in 2007, she moved to Derbyshire and worked as Translation Project Manager for a translation agency in Derbyshire. This interesting and varied role gave her an insight into all aspects of the translation process including translation itself, proofreading and desktop publishing.
She is excited to be joining the Alphanumeric Assistance partnership as Operations Manager and German-English translator.

Enhanced level of service
As a result of this addition to our partnership, we are also able to raise the level of the service we offer. For some time we have wanted to be able to guarantee that all the translations we deliver will receive a Second Pair of Eyes Check (SPEC) from one of the three partners other than the translating partner. Of course all three of us are native English speakers; the SPEC checker will always be a partner who is also proficient in the source language, whether German, Malay or Indonesian.
Revised fee schedule
We are happy to announce that this will now be our default level of service. If you would like a copy of our revised fee schedule, which takes account of this enhanced level of service, please email us using the link below.
With our very best wishes,
Abi Weller, Graham & Jo Bennett
